Hoztlr is committed to providing quality service and support. This Refund Policy explains eligibility, limitations, and the process for requesting a refund. Please review these terms carefully before making a purchase.


1. Refund Eligibility & Money-Back Guarantee

7-Day Refund Policy – First-time clients are eligible for a 7-day money-back guarantee on:

  • Shared Hosting
  • WordPress Hosting
  • WooCommerce Hosting

Eligible Requests:

  • Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the initial sign-up date.
  • Refunds apply only to first-time clients—renewals, modifications, and extensions are non-refundable.

Not Eligible for Refunds:

  • Existing clients and account renewals.
  • Services purchased beyond the first billing cycle.

2. Non-Refundable Services

Certain services are not eligible for refunds due to upfront costs or customization:

Domain Registration Fees – Domains are non-refundable once registered, even if bundled with a hosting plan.
Partial Billing PeriodsNo prorated refunds for unused service periods or cancellations made mid-billing cycle.
Add-Ons & Custom Services:

  • Hoztlr Care add-ons (once activated).
  • Custom development, consulting, or support services.

3. Refund Exclusions & Limitations

Refunds will not be granted if:

  • Services are suspended or terminated due to violations of Hoztlr’s Terms, Acceptable Use Policy (AUP), or illegal activity.
  • The client fails to comply with Hoztlr’s Terms and AUP before purchasing.
  • Account abuse or misuse is detected.

4. How to Request a Refund

📌 Step 1: Submit a refund request via:

  • Email: billing@hoztlr.com
  • Client Portal: Access your Hoztlr account and request via the billing section.

📌 Step 2: Hoztlr will review your request and confirm eligibility.
📌 Step 3: Refunds will be processed within 10 business days.

Clients will receive a confirmation email once the refund is processed, including any applicable deductions.


5. Refund Payment Method & Currency

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
Refunds are processed in the original payment currency (exchange rate differences may apply).

📌 Transaction fees or payment processor deductions are non-refundable.


6. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

🚨 Service Suspension:

  • Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute will result in immediate suspension of all related services.
  • Services may only be reinstated after dispute resolution and payment of applicable fees.

📌 Hoztlr reserves the right to charge administrative fees for reactivating services after a chargeback.


7. Changes to the Refund Policy

Policy Modifications: Hoztlr may update this Refund Policy.
Clients will be notified of material changes at least 30 days in advance.

📌 Continued use of services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
