Affiliate Program Policy

Thank you for joining the Hoztlr Affiliate Program! Our program rewards you for referring new clients to Hoztlr. These terms govern your participation, so please read them carefully. By signing up, you accept these terms and agree to comply with them.
1. Overview of the Affiliate Program
Our Affiliate Program allows you to earn commissions for every eligible sale made through your unique affiliate link. These terms cover:
- Commission structure
- Tracking and payment rules
- Marketing guidelines
- Affiliate responsibilities
2. Commission Structure
Your commission rate depends on the number of successful sales you generate each month:
- 1-7 Sales: 30% commission per referral
- 8-15 Sales: 40% commission per referral
- 16+ Sales: 50% commission per referral
📌 Important Notes:
- Only new clients qualify for commissions.
- Renewals or additional purchases by existing clients do not count.
3. Products Eligible for Commission
✅ Hosting Plans (Monthly/Annual Subscriptions)
✅ Selected Add-ons (As specified in the affiliate dashboard)
❌ Non-Commissionable Items:
- Domain registrations & renewals
- SSL certificates
- One-time service fees
4. Cookie Tracking & Attribution
We use cookies to track referrals and ensure proper commission attribution.
✔ Tracking Method: Your unique affiliate link places a 365-day tracking cookie in the visitor’s browser.
✔ Last-Click Attribution: If multiple affiliate links are clicked, the last one before the purchase earns the commission.
✔ Affiliate Responsibility: Ensure your links are correctly set up—Hoztlr is not responsible for tracking errors due to incorrect link usage.

5. Payment Terms
- Sign-Up Bonus: £4 credited upon affiliate approval.
- Minimum Payout Threshold: £25
- Payment Schedule: Paid 30 days after sale completion (to allow for refund periods).
- Payment Methods: Bank Transfer, PayPal, Stripe
📌 Important Notes:
- Ensure your payment details are correct—Hoztlr is not responsible for lost or delayed payments due to incorrect information.
- Any transfer fees for international payments are the affiliate’s responsibility.
6. Reversals & Chargebacks
Commissions may be revoked if:
- The customer cancels or requests a refund within 30 days.
- The transaction is found to be fraudulent.
- The customer downgrades their service, reducing the original payment amount.
📌 If a reversal happens after payment, future commissions may be adjusted accordingly.
7. Marketing & Compliance Guidelines
Affiliates must follow ethical marketing practices and adhere to Hoztlr’s brand guidelines.
Allowed Practices
✔ Content Marketing: Blog posts, reviews, and comparisons (must be factual & non-misleading).
✔ Social Media Promotion: Sharing your affiliate link organically while following platform rules.
✔ PPC Advertising: Allowed, but you may NOT bid on Hoztlr-branded terms (e.g., “Hoztlr hosting”).
Prohibited Practices
❌ False or misleading claims about Hoztlr services.
❌ Trademark infringement (using Hoztlr’s name in URLs, PPC ads, or domain names).
❌ Incentivized traffic (offering cashback, rewards, or points to encourage clicks).
❌ Spam (bulk messages, unsolicited emails, or unauthorized forum posts).
❌ Cookie stuffing (placing cookies without user interaction).
📌 Violations may lead to account termination and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.
8. Termination of Affiliate Account
Hoztlr reserves the right to terminate an affiliate account for:
- High refund or chargeback rates.
- Use of fraudulent, deceptive, or unethical marketing methods.
- Misrepresentation of Hoztlr’s services.
📌 If your account is terminated, all unpaid commissions may be forfeited.
9. Account Deactivation for Inactivity
Affiliate accounts that remain inactive for 12 months (i.e., no new referrals) may be deactivated.
📌 If you no longer wish to participate, simply stop promoting your affiliate link.
10. Modification of Terms
Hoztlr reserves the right to modify these terms at any time.
📢 If changes are made, we will notify affiliates, and your continued participation constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
11. Confidentiality & Data Protection
As an affiliate, you may have access to confidential information. By participating, you agree to:
✔ Keep all business-sensitive information confidential.
✔ Not disclose pricing models, internal processes, or customer data.
Data Protection & Compliance
✔ Hoztlr complies with UK GDPR and expects affiliates to handle user data responsibly.
✔ Affiliates must not collect personal data from customers unless explicitly authorized.
12. Limitation of Liability
Hoztlr is not responsible for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including lost profits).
- Affiliate revenue losses due to tracking errors, website downtime, or policy changes.
📌 Our total liability is limited to the total commissions earned by the affiliate in the last six (6) months.
13. Governing Law & Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
📌 Any disputes will be handled in the courts of England and Wales.
