Lawful use
Hoztlr services must be used in accordance with applicable local, national and international law, including intellectual-property, data-protection and content rules. Clients are responsible for the activity and material associated with their accounts.
Prohibited content and activity
Services must not be used to host, distribute, promote or facilitate illegal, abusive, exploitative, fraudulent or rights-infringing material or activity.
- Malware, phishing, fraud or credential theft
- Unlawful, hateful, threatening or exploitative content
- Copyright or trademark infringement
- Unauthorised access, scanning or attacks
- Spam and unsolicited bulk communications
Platform and resource protection
Activity that destabilises shared systems, evades limits, compromises security or materially affects other clients is prohibited. Hoztlr may require changes, restrict resources or suspend affected services to protect the platform.
Enforcement and reporting
Suspected violations may be investigated and can result in content removal, restriction, suspension, termination or referral to relevant authorities. Urgent abuse or security concerns should be reported to Hoztlr with enough information to investigate.
