Hoztlr is dedicated to providing quality service and support to our clients. This Refund Policy outlines the terms, eligibility, and process for requesting a refund. Please review these terms to understand your rights and any limitations regarding refunds.

1. Refund Eligibility and Money-Back Guarantee

  • 7-Day Refund Policy: Hoztlr offers a 7-day money-back guarantee for first-time clients on Shared Hosting, WordPress Hosting, and WooCommerce Hosting services.
  • Eligible Requests: Refunds must be requested within 7 days of the initial sign-up date. Services renewed, modified, or extended are non-refundable.
  • Ineligibility for Existing Accounts: Existing clients and renewals do not qualify for the 7-day refund policy. Refunds are available only for new clients’ initial term.

2. Non-Refundable Services

  • Domain Registration Fees: Due to upfront registration costs, domain fees are non-refundable, even if purchased with a hosting plan.
  • Partial Service Periods and Mid-Billing Cycle Cancellations: Hoztlr does not provide prorated refunds for partial service periods, nor for cancellations made mid-billing cycle.
  • Other Non-Refundable Fees:
    • Add-Ons: Hoztlr Care add-ons and any additional purchased services are non-refundable once activated.
    • Custom Services: Services involving custom work, support, or consulting are non-refundable.

3. Refund Exclusions and Limitations

  • Policy Violations: Refunds are not provided if services are suspended or terminated due to violations of Hoztlr’s Terms, Acceptable Use Policy (AUP), or any illegal activity.
  • Client Responsibility: Clients are responsible for reviewing and complying with Hoztlr’s Terms and AUP before purchasing services. Violation of these policies voids refund eligibility.

4. Refund Request Process

  • How to Request: To request a refund, clients must contact Hoztlr support via billing@hoztlr.com or through the client portal.
  • Processing Time: Hoztlr will review and process all eligible refund requests within 10 business days. Clients will receive a confirmation email regarding the refund status and any applicable deductions or fees.

5. Refund Payment Method and Currency

  • Original Payment Method: Refunds are issued back to the original payment method used at purchase. Refund amounts will be subject to processing fees where applicable.
  • Currency: Refunds are issued in the original payment currency. Due to exchange rates, the refunded amount may vary from the initial payment.

6. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

  • Service Suspension: Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute will result in immediate suspension of all related services. Services may only be reactivated after resolution of the dispute and payment of any fees incurred.
  • Fees for Reactivation: Hoztlr reserves the right to charge additional administrative fees for reactivating services following a chargeback or payment dispute.

7. Amendments to Refund Policy

  • Policy Modifications: Hoztlr reserves the right to amend this Refund Policy. Material changes will be communicated to clients at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of services after the effective date of changes indicates acceptance of the revised policy.
