Seven-day hosting guarantee
First-time clients may request a refund within seven days of the initial sign-up for eligible Shared, WordPress or WooCommerce hosting. The request must be made within the stated period and applies to the initial eligible hosting purchase only.
Items that are not refundable
Renewals, extensions and account modifications are not covered by the first-time guarantee. Domain registrations, transfers and renewals, third-party licences, add-ons, setup costs, completed development and custom or professional work are also excluded unless Hoztlr confirms otherwise in writing.
- Renewals and existing-client purchases
- Domains and third-party costs
- Development, design and custom work already supplied
- Accounts terminated for policy violations
How to request a refund
Submit a request through the Hoztlr support channel within the eligibility period, identifying the service and reason for the request. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method where possible and processing time can depend on the payment provider.
Cancellations and chargebacks
Cancelling a service stops future renewal but does not itself create refund eligibility. Clients should contact Hoztlr to resolve a billing concern before starting a payment dispute, as unjustified chargebacks may lead to service restriction and recovery costs.
