- Services must be used lawfully and in line with the Acceptable Use Policy
- Published promotional pricing may change to standard pricing at renewal
Billing, renewals and commitments
Clients are responsible for charges associated with the selected service and term. Services may renew in accordance with the order settings and applicable billing schedule. Failed or overdue payment can lead to restriction, suspension or termination after applicable notices.
Hosting and customer responsibilities
Clients remain responsible for their content, credentials, software choices and lawful use. Hoztlr takes practical steps to provide reliable services but internet services can be affected by maintenance, third parties, attacks and events outside reasonable control.

Development work is governed by the agreed estimate or scope. Changes outside that scope may require a revised estimate. Website-management coverage applies only to the tasks and response arrangements included in the purchased plan.
Suspension, termination and liability
Hoztlr may suspend or terminate services for non-payment, unlawful use, security risk or material breach. Liability is limited to the extent permitted by law; nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
