Is this just hosting with a different name?
No. Hosting is one component we manage, but the service covers the whole operational picture: domains, DNS, SSL, updates, backups, security, monitoring, renewals and a documented record of how your setup fits together. You are buying accountability for the outcome — a website that stays online, secure and maintainable — rather than a slice of a server.
We already have a developer / agency. Do we have to replace them?
Not necessarily. Some clients keep a design or marketing agency and bring Hoztlr in to own the infrastructure. Others hand everything over. We are comfortable taking over the technical layer while another partner handles brand and campaigns — the arrangement is agreed up front so nothing sits in a gap between suppliers.
Do you insist we move hosting to you?
No. A website takeover does not automatically mean a hosting migration. If your current hosting is sound, we document it and manage it. If it is part of the problem, we will explain why and plan a careful move — agreed with you before anything happens.
Who owns our domain and website?
You do — and we think that is how it should be. We favour customer ownership of domains, accounts and assets. Our job is to look after them properly, not to hold them hostage. If you ever leave, everything is handed over cleanly with documentation.
What size of business do you work with?
