Agreement and service scope

These terms apply to Hoztlr managed website services, website development, support and related services. The service description, selected commitment period, order details and any agreed written scope form part of the agreement with the client.

• Clients must provide accurate contact and billing information
• Services must be used lawfully
• Published promotional pricing may change at renewal

Managed website services

Managed service coverage applies to the tasks and arrangements included in the purchased plan. Work that changes what the website is — new design, new functionality, major content or expansion projects — is quoted separately before work begins. Response expectations are described honestly and are not contractual SLAs unless explicitly agreed in writing.

Client responsibilities and ownership

Clients remain the owner of their domains, accounts, content and data. Hoztlr manages and documents what the client owns; ownership is never transferred to or withheld by Hoztlr, and any engagement ends with a clean handover of credentials, records and access on request.

• Keep account credentials secure and current
• Maintain independent copies of important data where appropriate
• Report security or service concerns promptly

Billing, renewals and commitments

Clients are responsible for charges associated with the selected service and term. Managed services renew monthly unless otherwise agreed. Failed or overdue payment can lead to restriction or termination of services after applicable notices.

Development and project work

Development work is governed by the agreed estimate or scope. Changes outside that scope may require a revised estimate. Work is undertaken with backups taken before material changes and is reviewed before deployment where practicable.

Suspension, termination and liability

Hoztlr may suspend or terminate services for non-payment, unlawful use, security risk or material breach. Liability is limited to the extent permitted by law; nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
