Flagship service
Managed website services
Your website stays online, secure, backed up and improving — because someone is explicitly responsible for it. We take over the operational layer and run it to a visible standard, so your team never has to think about it.
What you get from month one
- A named contact who knows your setup
- Your infrastructure documented in plain English
- Monitoring that tells us before it tells your customers
- A monthly fee with no hourly surprises
The difference
Not hosting. Not an ad-hoc freelancer. Something with an owner.
Three common ways businesses run a website — and why only one of them has accountability built in.
Buying hosting
You rent server space and manage the rest yourself: updates, security, backups, DNS, certificates. Fine if you have the time and expertise — most businesses do not.
Ad-hoc freelance help
A developer fixes what you ask, when you ask. Nothing is monitored between jobs, nothing is documented, and the knowledge leaves with them.
Hoztlr managed
The whole operational layer is owned by one accountable partner: watched, maintained, documented and improved — with a named human when you need one.

Support
How support actually works.
No portals you have to learn, no requirement to diagnose your own problem.
You describe the symptom
“The form stopped working”, “the site is slow”, “we need this updated.” No diagnosis or perfect brief required.
We triage and respond
Covered problems are fixed as part of your plan. You hear back from a named person, not a ticket number.
Anything else is quoted first
If a request is project work, you get a price before anything happens — so the monthly fee stays predictable.

Getting started
Two routes in.
Both start with a short conversation — the difference is how much we already know about your setup.
Start with a website takeover
We audit and document your current setup, stabilise the risks and move the agreed components into management. Best if your site already exists and its setup has grown messy.
How takeover worksBuild, launch, then manage
A new build goes straight into management from day one: hosting, monitoring, backups and documentation are part of the launch, not an afterthought.

Good questions, straight answers.
What exactly is included each month?
The operational work that keeps a website healthy: hosting management, SSL, updates, security patching, backups with tested restores, monitoring, renewals tracking and a documented record of your setup. The Business and Partner tiers add an allowance of support, changes and development respectively. Anything outside your plan — a redesign, a new feature, a large project — is quoted separately before work starts, so there are no surprises.
How does support actually work?
You email your named contact (or use the phone for urgent problems). You do not need to diagnose the issue or write a perfect brief — describing the symptom is enough. We triage, fix what is covered, and quote anything that falls outside your plan before doing it.
What response time do you guarantee?
We do not publish contractual response-time SLAs we cannot yet evidence. In practice, monitored clients are alerted to outages quickly and urgent problems are prioritised. As the service matures we will publish honest, measured response information rather than marketing numbers.
What is not covered?
Work that changes what your website is — new sections, new functionality, design changes — is project work, quoted separately. Content writing, SEO campaigns and paid advertising are also outside the standard plans. We will always say clearly which side of the line something sits on before any work happens.
Can we leave if it is not right?
Yes. We operate on rolling monthly terms after any initial agreed period, and everything we manage is documented and owned by you. Leaving means a clean handover of credentials, records and access — that is a point of principle for us.
Which platforms do you support?
WordPress and WooCommerce are the platforms we manage most deeply, alongside static and modern JavaScript sites. If your setup runs on something else, ask — if we cannot manage it properly we will say so and, where useful, help you transition to something we can stand behind.
Put your website under management.
Tell us about your setup and we will propose the right tier — or tell you honestly if you do not need one yet.
